Returns & Exchanges

Our apparel should fit and inspire confidence while being super comfy. We happily accept returns or exchanges for (1) unwashed and unworn merchandise, (2) with all tags and hang tags in their original form and (3) the original invoice (4) received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

No Questions Asked! 

If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Bleuet bras, camisoles, shirts, or bloomers (each an “Undergarment”), we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the Undergarment.

Just Contact Us (orders@bleuetgirl.com) with your order number or receipt and tell us whether you'd like a refund for the Undergarment or an exchange for the perfect fit. 

- Only applies to your first worn Undergarment [of each type], per customer. 

- All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in store orders).

- If you choose to replace the Undergarment, we will ship the item to you free of charge.

- For all other returns and exchanges, please see our standard return policy.

Orders through December 31, 2019 are eligible for No Questions Asked returns.  We will waive $3.50 return shipping charge and accept your Bleuet apparel return no questions asked. 

 

Standard Return & Exchanges


Any sale, buy one get one, or promotional items as well as gift cards are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your original form of payment (less original shipping and handling and minus the cost of return shipping with our return label), and send you a notification via the email associated with your order. Please allow 8-10 business days from our receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund or exchange to be processed. Please note - some banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Your credit may not appear until your credit card's next billing cycle.

We will apply a $3.50 charge to your refund amount to all returns for shipping. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, style or color, we will waive the $3.50 shipping charge. 


Items returned after our 30-day return/exchange policy and worn items from No Questions asked program will be donated upon receipt and no refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued. Items returned that are worn or soiled in any way are disposed of, and not eligible for refund, return or exchange. Items carrying a guarantee are not eligible for a refund.

International orders may be exchanged, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable. Should you choose to return ineligible items, they will be donated, not refunded and not returned to you.
