Bleuet Returns & Exchange Policy

Our apparel should fit and inspire confidence while being super comfy. We happily accept returns or exchanges for (1) unwashed and unworn merchandise, (2) with all tags and hang tags in their original form and (3) the packing slip (4) received by us within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Qualifying returns are eligible for free return shipping within the United States only.  Qualifying exchanges are eligible for return shipping and shipping for the new size or style. 

Any promotional sale, buy one get one, or promotional items as well as gift cards are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your original form of payment (less original shipping and handling and minus the cost of return shipping with our return label), and send you a notification via the email associated with your order. Please allow 8-10 business days from our receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund or exchange to be processed. Please note - some banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Your credit may not appear until your credit card's next billing cycle.

All items returned will be inspected and returns credit based upon condition of the returns. Gently worn apparel will be inspected, and sent to Hailey's Haven a girl in need to give her comfort and confidence Items returned after our 30-day return/exchange policy will be inspected and donated upon receipt and no refunds, returns or exchanges will be issued. Items returned that are worn or soiled in any way are disposed of, and not eligible for refund, return or exchange. Items carrying a guarantee are not eligible for a refund.
