How do I return an item?
We are happy to accept any unworn or unwashed products within 30 days of purchase. All items must have original tags and hygiene liners. Just send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll provide you with instructions and a shipping label.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, when you email us regarding a return, we'll happily send you the requested item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the header: CANCEL ORDER. We send our products out rather quickly, so let us know immediately if you need to cancel. If your product has already been shipped, then it is too late to cancel.
Can I check my order status?
We'll send you a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way. You can always email us at email@example.com to receive an update.
