Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Our apparel should fit and inspire confidence while being super comfy. We happily accept returns or exchanges for (1) unwashed and unworn merchandise, (2) with all tags and hang tags in their original form and (3) the original invoice (4) received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase.  We aim to process returns with 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. 

No Questions Asked! 

If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Bleuet bras, camisoles, shirts, or bloomers (each an “Undergarment”), we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the Undergarment.

Just Contact Us (orders@bleuetgirl.com) with your order number or receipt and tell us whether you'd like a refund for the Undergarment or an exchange for the perfect fit. 

- Only applies to your first worn Undergarment [of each type], per customer. 

- All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in store orders).

- If you choose to replace the Undergarment, we will ship the item to you free of charge.

- For all other returns and exchanges, please see our standard return policy.

Orders through October 15, 2019 are eligible for No Questions Asked returns.  We will waive $3.50 return shipping charge and accept your Bleuet apparel return no questions asked. 

Any sale, buy one get one, or promotional items as well as gift cards are final and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Shipping: 
We aim to ship your Bleuet order within 48 hours of your completed purchase.  We ship via First Class USPS based on the shipping rate selected by the user.
