That's what I'm telling my tween and teen when they feel overwhelmed (and what I tell myself!). Breaking big things down into smaller steps feels much more doable, doesn't it? School is almost over, and we see you weary parents & kids. Small steps. It’s almost over! So for that goal you've set or that final coming up or maybe you just need to take better care of yourself right now, what's a small step you can take today that will move you in the right direction?
